TREIBBALL (pronounced Try-ball) is a new dog sport invented in Germany by Jan Nijboer.

This new competitive sport is positive-reinforcement based for dogs of all breeds and ages who love to play chase games, herd, or who just want to have fun!

To play Treibball, dogs learn to herd exercise balls into a goal with the direction of their handler. Communication between the human and canine partners is the true essence of this game. The dog learns the key commands of targeting, orientation, impulse control, drive and distance work.
